Department of Health data released on Sunday showed of new local cases, 107 have so far been linked to known cases and outbreaks.
The new cases take the state's active case tally to 3112.
There were also 36,534 coronavirus vaccinations administered and 48,063 test results received.
The Ravenswood Caltex service station on the Calder Highway was listed as a tier two site.
The health department advised anyone who attended the service station between 2.45pm and 3.15pm on September 7 should get tested and isolate until they have a negative result.
A Woodend liquor store and another service station in Carlsruhe were also listed as tier two sites.

A COVID-infected person visited the Woodend Celebrations store on High Street between 5.25pm and 6.30pm on September 9.
The exposure period of the Carlsruhe Vantage Fuels on the Calder Freeway is between 7.14pm and 7.45pm on September 9.
There were 10 new coronavirus cases recorded in regional Victoria on Saturday, including single cases in Daylesford and Cohuna.
Three exposure sites were listed in Daylesford as a result of the new case.
