This time, they've partnered with Rawson Homes to create a knock down rebuild package so anyone can recreate this stylish home on their block.
The meticulously designed two-storey home, located in Sydney's Lower North Shore suburb of Riverview, brings together all the best design features from the company's playbook.
The home has a breezy, open floorplan, white-washed timber flooring and trademark gas-strut windows.
It's perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining with its signature coastal aesthetic.
"Our aim was that the Three Birds 'Dream Home' would appeal to many different personality traits," says director Lana.
The project was constructed for CEO Candice, her husband and their three children, who had been living in a single storey 1930s home.
They needed more space but didn't want to move from the neighbourhood they loved.
Ultimately deciding a rebuild would deliver the desired outcome, they took the plunge and handed over the reins to Lana and colleagues Bonnie and Erin.
When it comes to the facade, kerb appeal is king so nailing the exterior materials for the home was high on the priority list.
The weatherboard look was complemented with chunky Axent trims around the windows to make them pop.
Walking into the home's glass double doors you're met with a statement sculptural curved staircase leading upstairs to a huge master suite.
There are also three large children's bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and a media room or office.
Downstairs, the spacious foyer leads to an open-plan kitchen with an island bench and high-end Electrolux appliances, and the dining and living area which features a light-filled 6.35 metre void.
The laundry is substantial and the living area leads onto the alfresco.
The build includes wide hallways, engineered stone in the kitchen, quality timber flooring, custom cabinetry and stylish tiles.
The team worked with Carrera by Design to create a beautiful custom kitchen and laundry with loads of storage.
"There's nothing worse than a fridge that sticks out too far into the walkway of the kitchen or a washer and dryer that don't fit into their allocated space," Lana says.
"We choose our appliances first and then design the cabinetry around them."
Furnishings throughout the home feature mix and matched textures to add interest.
The contemporary curved pieces create a softness and balance by distributing the visual weight throughout the rooms.
The muted palette is complemented with subtle pops of colour to add personality and hero focal pieces.
Ultimately, the home is a reflection of the design team's passion for coastal chic.
