POLICE are appealing for public assistance after a number of males damaged local facilities in a Lancefield Park.

In a social media post, Macedon Ranges Police said the incident occurred on Wednesday, August 18 around 10.15pm.
Police said a white Holden Rodeo and four males attended Lancefield Park near the toilet block.
The males entered the female toilet block, damaging all of the toilet seats and toilet roll holders before setting a toilet roll on fire.
Police have managed to get a fingerprint from a beer can left behind by one of the males.
