Victorian Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton confirmed the four local cases announced this morning were in quarantine during their infectious period meaning no new exposure lists or no new community exposures.
Of the four, two were linked to the Young and Jacksons cluster, one is a household contact of the Cooloro cluster and one is another workplace contact of the Moonee Valley case.
There are 10 cases in hospital, including three in intensive care and one on a ventilator.
Meanwhile, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian confirmed 199 new cases of coronavirus from over 104,000 tests.
"Unfortunately, 50 of those were infectious in the community and that's the number we're really watching to try and get down as much as we can," she said.

VICTORIA has recorded four new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 overnight from over 22,000 tests.
All cases are linked to the current outbreaks and all have been in quarantine throughout their infectious period.
Over 16,500 vaccinations were administered and there are now 124 active cases across the state a decrease from the 134 active cases on Monday.
There was one new case in hotel quarantine.
It comes as Victoria's border bubble arrangements with NSW became stricter overnight and residents in the bubble can only cross the Murray River without a permit for six reasons.
They include for necessary goods and services including for medical care and getting tested, care and compassionate reasons, paid or voluntary work, education, getting a COVID-19 vaccination and for sport and exercise.
Health minister Martin Foley joined Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton in a virtual press conference to address border media on the changes and said the strict rulings were "not just about protecting capital cities" but the whole state.
"We certainly don't want to see a situation of returning to the hard border and the disruption that that creates," Mr Foley said.
"The advice that we've got is that this is not so much about protecting capital cities, it's about protecting all of regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne."
