GMW will host the conversation with local Catchment Management Authorities, where participants will hear from Carl Walters from Goulburn Broken CMA and Tim Shanahan from North Central CMA.
The webinar will explore the partnerships between GMW and the two CMAs along with highlighting the value of these partnerships to local communities, the economy, and the opportunities to enhance recreational and environmental outcomes.
GMW infrastructure delivery services manager Warren Jose said the webinar was a good way for the community to learn more about how water resource organisations worked together.
"We have strong partnerships with both the Goulburn Broken CMA and North Central CMA, which have led to successful projects and great outcomes for our customers and the wider community," he said.
"We're looking forward to sharing that with the community and really delving into how these partnerships work to benefit our region, our customers and our community."
Other news:
Discussions will explore the agricultural, environmental and social perspectives around water management outcomes, and examples and personal stories of how they work together to improve the region.
The webinar will also look at projects GMW shares with the CMAs, including the drainage and salinity program with Goulburn Broken CMA and fishways projects with North Central CMA.
The webinar will take place on Wednesday, July 28 and more information and to register your interest visit here.
