The Bureau of Meteorology has warned storms are possible across Victoria on Friday afternoon.
A severe weather warning has been issued for the west of the state.
While it doesn't include Bendigo and central Victoria, BOM believes wet weather could hit all parts of Victoria except Gippsland.
Mildura, Swan Hill and Horsham have been included in the severe weather warning.

Storms are possible across most of #Victoria today, although unlikely in Gippsland. Any storms that occur in the west have the potential to produce severe wind gusts.

Damaging northwesterly winds averaging between 40km/h and 60km/h are expected in affected areas with peak gusts of up to 90km/h developing on Friday afternoon and continuing into Saturday.
In June, storms hit central Victoria causing severe damage in the Macedon Ranges region.
Among the damaged sites was Angela Henley's bed-and-breakfast tram accommodation which had just finish its restoration.
