The changes start from Sunday and will go through to July 11.
V/Line has advised commuters to allow for an additional 60 minutes of journey time.

All of the train services have been replaced by a mix of express and stopping-all-stations coach services.
A V/Line spokesperson said no pets or hot food/drinks were allowed on replacement coaches.
Cold packaged foods could be consumed on the coach services, but all drink containers must have a secure, screw-top, fastening or spill-proof lid.
Passengers required a valid myki or paper ticket to travel on all V/Line replacement coach services.
