The health service expects to be part of the major statewide operation giving priority bookings to Ambulance Victoria workers.
It last week warned members of the public over the age of 50 that it was no longer accepting walk-in appointments as it worked through another blitz aimed at aged care and disability support workers.
The Victorian government announced over the weekend that the blitz was being extended through to Monday.
It is yet to confirm key details about the Ambulance Victoria rollout but has said it will be run statewide from early this week onwards.
Bendigo Health has confirmed that limited appointments for both vaccines will be available for the public but urged people to book ahead.
It came on the same weekend that the federal government announced it intended to widen the number of people who could get the vaccine to those aged 40 and over.
