Bendigo Health has commended the central Victorian community for rolling up their sleeves to get vaccinated and tested against coronavirus.

Since the opening of Bendigo Health's Mollison Street mass vaccination centre on May 24, there has been 6469 vaccines administered.
Over 90 per cent of Bendigo Health's aged care residents have been vaccinated against coronavirus as well as around two-thirds of the aged-care staff as Victoria enters a six-day vaccination blitz for aged care and disability service workers.
Coronavirus tests remain solid in central Victoria with May 27 recording one of the highest days of drive-through and walk-in tests across Bendigo Health's testing centres with 178.
Bendigo Health has not recorded any positive tests results from completed coronavirus tests in accordance with Victoria's fourth lockdown.
Bendigo Health chief executive Peter Faulkner urged people not to panic after coronavirus fragments were detected in Bendigo and Axedale's wasterwater.
"It's important that people not panic but be very sensitive to any symptoms," he said. "Get tested if you have any symptoms.
"We are extending hours of our testing centre to 6.30pm from tonight and we'll monitor that on a day-by-day basis."
Walk-ups for AstraZeneca vaccinations have ceased across Bendigo Health's facilities to ease the pressure of the vaccine supply as the aged care and disability service workers vaccine blitz begins.
Walk-ins are still available for the Pfizer vaccine.
