The 23-year-old man charged with the dangerous driving appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court last week.
He pleaded guilty to 20 offences, including possessing a traffickable quantity of firearms and refusing an oral fluid test.

The court heard on February 14 this year, the man was driving from Mitiamo to Bendigo with his partner seated in the front passenger seat.
As they approached Bendigo, the pair started arguing about their relationship problems and the woman threatened to break up with the man.
The offender told the woman he would drop her off at a relative's home in Long Gully and the woman agreed.
But as they approached the relative's street, the man did not stop the car or let the woman exit the vehicle.
The woman repeatedly asked to get out of the car and tried to open the door several times, but the man kept speeding and driving dangerously.
On one occasion, the man grabbed the woman by her neck and squeezed.
The man continued to scream at his partner and was crying as he told her, "I'll put us both into a tree".
The court heard it was only when he saw a police car that the man drove safely and dropped the woman off at her relative's house.
A family violence safety notice was issued later that day with the woman listed as the protected person.

Then on February 24, police were called to Epsom amid reports the man's car was stopped in an intersection.
The officers activated their lights and sirens in an attempt to intercept him, but the man drove through the intersection and rammed into the police car.
The man continued to drive off down the Midland Highway and crossed into oncoming traffic. The court heard he drove in the wrong direction for about 400 metres.
Police attended a Bendigo address the next day where they believed the man was staying.
The offender tried to flee by jumping a back fence, but the officers quickly arrested him.
The court heard the man admitted to owning the cars in the two incidents but denied being the driver.
The 23-year-old also pleaded guilty to a number of charges stemming from a search warrant in Goornong on October 29 last year.
Officers found an outstanding stolen Holden Commodore, an outstanding stolen trailer, five sawn-off firearms, 18 rounds of ammunition, and four firearm barrels.
Two of the firearms had been stolen from a Strathfieldsaye address two weeks prior.
The man was arrested and he told police he knew the trailer and Commodore were stolen, but he said he was only minding the items for another person.

Defence lawyer Shae Holmes told the court her client had a "quick fall from grace" after he began using drugs about two years ago.
Ms Holmes said the man was a youthful offender who had supportive family and friends.
The defence lawyer submitted that as it was the man's first time in custody and he had limited prior convictions, a combination sentence of jail and a community corrections order would be appropriate.
But Magistrate Sharon McRae said the nature of charges warranted a "hefty" jail sentence.
Ms McRae said the family violence incident was "very harrowing" and the victim would have been "terrified for her life".
The magistrate also noted the incident with the police and the firearms charges meant she had to impose a term of imprisonment.
The man was convicted and jailed for 18 months, with a non-parole period of 12 months. His 93 days of pre-sentence detention were reckoned as already served.
The man's licence was also cancelled and he was disqualified from driving for two years. He was also fined $1200.
