But the latest Department of Health data showed one new case in the state's hotel quarantine system.
The new overseas-acquired case brings the total number of active coronavirus cases in the state to 18.
There were 15,242 people tested for the virus on Friday. Another 8008 people received the COVID-19 vaccine in the same timeframe.
The latest data came after the state government announced more Victorians under 50 would have access to the Pfizer vaccine from Monday.
The Victorian government said hundreds of thousands of people under 50 should soon have access to the vaccine after it received a delivery of Pfizer vaccine from the federal government.
From Monday, those under 50 can receive the vaccine if they are in a priority group, such as adults with specified underlying health conditions and disability services workers.
General practices will also start administering AstraZeneca to all people aged 50 and over from Monday.
