Led by Ellen Tormey with four winners, Bendigo drivers prevailed in 11 of the 12 races on the program.
Alex Ashwood and Jack Laugher each recorded a treble, while Lockwood South's Neil McCallum added to the haul with a win aboard Gilty Hanover, for young Mildura trainer Lachlan Prothero.
Tormey's bag of four included a double for her father, Charlton trainer John Tormey, with the impressive Lara Bay and Sheer Modern.
She capped off a brilliant night with another win aboard the King of Mildura Bernie Winkle in the night's fast-class race and success with the Scott Garraway/Irymple-trained pacer Glam Rock.
Her four wins catapulted Tormey into equal-seventh on the state drivers' premiership with 36 wins, on level-terms with Jason Lee.
Another victory for the Julie Douglas-trained Bernie Winkle was the in-form eight-year-old's 24th at the City Oval Paceway and 42nd overall in his 209 start career.
The son of Rock N Roll Heaven and Dolly Mcd has won five of 10 starts this season and been placed three times for earnings of $43,180.
All five wins have been at Mildura, including a perfect two from two in his last two starts, after his victory on the final night of the Mildura Pacing Cup Carnival on April 10.
All three of Ashwood's win came with Kate Hargreaves and his team of horses, starting with the former Western Australian pacer Mondooley Mach.
The eight-year-old gelding has now won three of four starts since his arrival at Hargreaves and Ashwood's Shelbourne training property earlier this year, with this one by 33-metres easily his most impressive.
A second win for the team came with the former Justin Brewin-trained pacer Caymangone, while the treble was complete when Arma Veyron made it two wins in three days for his new stable in the final race following a victory at Cobram on Monday.
Laugher, who leads all Victorian drivers this season with 61 winners, scored his treble aboard The Tooth Fairy for Irymple trainer David Nunn, White Star Village (Reece Moore) and Mony Mony (Michael Laugher).
The wins for the Bendigo region racing ranks continued at Ballarat on Thursday night, with Sutton Grange trainer Leigh Graham taking out the opening race with Tophut Johny and Strathfieldsaye's Julie and Glenn Douglas scoring a long-shot win with La La Land.
Driven by Greg Sugars, Tophut Johny made it back-to-back wins after prevailing the previous week at Kilmore.
A $28 chance, the former New Zealander La La Land has now won three of five starts since landing at the Douglases.
Earlier in the week, Charlton's Mark Boyle experienced success with Gotonebettor at Ararat
