A MAN alleged to have rammed two police vehicles has been remanded in custody.
Anthony Firebrace fronted the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Thursday via video link.
He made no application for bail and was remanded to re-appear before the court in July for a committal mention.
Police allege Mr Firebrace exposed officers to risk through his driving.
He was charged with three counts of driving a motor vehicle in the vicinity of people he knew to be emergency workers on duty, with the intention of exposing them to a safety risk.
Police further accused Mr Firebrace of behaving recklessly and of driving while unlicensed.
The seven charges stem from an incident on March 31.
Police at Echuca investigated the incident.
Mr Firebrace was arrested after police at Bendigo executed a warrant.
The maximum penalty for intentionally exposing an emergency worker to risk by driving is 20 years' imprisonment.
