Celebrate your Easter and find unique goods at the Kangaroo Flat Handmade Market.
Located at Rotary Gateaway Park, this event will feature regional artists and creators with their wares.
There will be something for everyone.
Where: Rotary Gateway Park, Kangaroo Flat.
When: Saturday, April 3, from 9am to 3pm.
ARTISTS AND CREATORS
The Castlemaine Artists Market is a monthly event that showcases central Victorian artists, crafters and artisans.
There are about 80 stalls with unique creations, handmade goods and much, much more.
Where: Western Reserve, Forest Street, Castlemaine.
When: Sunday, April 4, from 9am to 2pm.
This farmers market runs on the first Sunday of the month and features some of the freshest produce in central Victoria.
There will be fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, cakes, jams, preserves, chocolates, wines and beers, plants and much, much more.
Where: Adjacent to the Castlemaine Visitor Information Centre, Mostyn Street, Castlemaine.
When: Sunday, April 4, from 9am to 1pm.
The Rushworth Easter Market not only celebrates Easter, but also celebrates the community of Rushworth.
This event will include more than 100 stalls full of Easter themed goods.
There will be something for everyone. Free entry.
Where: High Street, Rushworth.
When: Saturday, April 3, from 9am to 2pm.
This weekly event showcases a family atmosphere and lots of new and used goods.
The Sunday showgrounds market will run on Easter Sunday, with great Easter goodies for everyone.
There will be hot and cold foods, fresh produce, pots, tools, candles, soaps, homewares, toys, hobby items, cosmetics, furniture and much more.
Free admission and ample parking.
Where: Prince of Wales Showgrounds, Holmes Road, Bendigo.
When: Sunday, April 4, from 8.30am.
PLAN AHEAD - PLANT SALE
The Friends of the Bendigo Botanic Gardens are hosting a massive half-price plant sale.
There will be an extensive range of plants available including perennials, succulents, natives, foliage plants and much more.
Autumn is the ideal time to plant these bargains.
