Games in the Library Gardens featured everything from the French boules to Karen caneball and Chinese tangram, run by the City of Greater Bendigo intercultural ambassadors.
The city's inclusive officer Salwa Dastgeer said the program aimed to create connections between multicultural communities and make the wider Bendigo community aware of different cultures within the city.

She said games were a fun way for people to learn about different cultures.
"It's a strength we have, a community with people from different backgrounds, different cultures, different languages, and we want to celebrate that," Ms Dastgeer said.
"We want to help people understand how beautiful, vibrant and colourful that is.
"We have a message of love, harmony, peace, and we love Greater Bendigo."
Harmony Day week includes March 21, the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
