
A BENDIGO cyclist has been transferred to a Melbourne hospital after a collision with a truck in East Bendigo.
Police and paramedics were called to the crash at the intersection of Murphy Street and Jewell Court about 6.40pm on Wednesday.
First Constable Jarmon Blow said police believed three male cyclists - aged 52, 50, and 55 - were riding along Murphy Street when they turned into the court and collided with the truck.
He said police were still investigating the circumstances around the crash and no one had been charged.

First Constable Blow said the 52-year-old and 55-year-old cyclists were transported to Bendigo Health.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed one of the men was taken to hospital in a stable condition with lower-body injuries.
The second man was transported in a serious but stable condition for upper and lower body injuries.
A Bendigo Health spokesperson confirmed the first man was still at the hospital on Wednesday afternoon in a stable condition.
The second man was transferred to hospital in Melbourne.
First Constable Blow said anyone who witnessed the incident or had dashcam footage should contact the Bendigo Highway Patrol on 5448 1300.
He said the collision was timely reminder that people needed to pay attention on the road.
