The Bendigo Senior Secondary College senior boys cricket team has advanced to the Loddon Mallee Region Finals.

The BSSC boys secured their spot in the finals with an impressive performance earlier in the week at the Sandhurst Secondary Cricket Senior Boys Division Competition.
In the first game BSSC limited Girton to 97 from 20 overs. Bradman Constable took three for 13 from three overs.
While chasing 98 for the win, Tom Campbell (32 off 29 balls) and Constable (60 off 30 balls) got the runs within nine overs without losing a wicket.
In the second match, the final against Catherine McAuley College, BSSC batted first and made seven for 153.
Darcy Hunter top-scored with 46, with other solid inputs from Constable (28), Campbell Smith (27) and Tom Campbell (21).
In response the CMC squad made 120 with Connor Lyon and Tom Purcell securing a couple wickets each.
Squad list: Tom Campbell, Jacob Cassells, Bradman Constable, Bailey Dunn, Darcy Hunter, Connor Lyon, Max McMurray, Tom Purcell, Campbell Smith, Hudson Storey, Ryley Taylor, and coach Duane Anderson.
The Loddon Mallee Finals will be played on March 9.
