The Tigers are the reigning champions having comfortably beaten Spring Gully in last season's final in a match highlighted by an unbeaten century to Broderick Williams, who is captaining the side.
Huntly-North Epsom team-mates Ryan Grundy and Sandun Ranathunga will be opponents for the final at Ewing Park from 6pm.
Grundy (Sedgwick) and Ranathunga (United) are both marquee players.
Grundy is coming off scores of 59 and 99 n.o. in his past two T20 hits for the Rams, who have the chance to claim some silverware in what has been a summer where they have struggled in the season-proper with just four wins.
"Hopefully, we can bring a bit of joy to the club on Tuesday night. The season hasn't gone the way we wanted it to this year, so we're looking forward to having a decent crack in the T20 final," the Rams' Jordan Ilsley said on Monday.
The Tigers head into the T20 final with a 4-1 record this season, while the Rams are 3-1.
