In the men's draw, Brydan Klein, who was a semi-finalist last week, solidified his bid for a return to the final four with a tough three-set win over Ken Cavrak.

Klein won 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 and moved to 2-0 following Monday's 6-2, 6-2 win over Jai Corbett. He is the only player in the Group with two wins.

He faces Alex Buite in Wednesday's third round, with Bulte coming off a second round bye and an opening day win over Thailand's Chancai Sookton-eng, who slipped to 0-2 with a two-set loss to Corbett on Tuesday.

Omar Jasika (C) and Adelaide's Sean Van Rensburg (D) head their respective Groups with unblemished records.

Jasika, the 2014 US Open boys' singles champion, chalked up win number two for the week with a hard-fought 6-3, 6-4 triumph over Corey Gaal, while Van Rensburg followed up his three-set win on Monday with a 6-1, 6-1 victory against Aidan Fitzgerald.

An intriguing Group B is up for grabs with four of five players on one win apiece.

Fresh from a first round bye, Dayne Kelly defeated Cooper White 7-6, 6-3, while Enzo Aguiard overcame Brandon Laubser 6-3, 6-3.

Following his bye on day two, Jeremy Beale (1-0) returns to action on Wednesday to take on White (0-2), who will be searching for his first win of the tournament.
