It comes after the clinic was temporarily relocated to the Prince of Wales Showgrounds, given the anticipated demand for testing from people who had returned from New South Wales.
"Bendigo Health tested 120 people at the drive-through COVID Screening Clinic at the Bendigo Showgrounds on Monday, which was lower than anticipated," a spokesperson for the health service said.
"Bendigo Health will maintain the drive-through clinic at the Bendigo Showgrounds until Friday when we will review operations."

COVID testing on day 11 or 12 is required for all travellers who returned to Victoria from a New South Wales 'green zone' on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Travellers should have been advised of the requirement when receiving their initial test, the Department of Health and Human Services said on Monday.
Travellers should also have received a text message prompt.
Anyone who had been in a red zone or was linked to an exposure site would also have received a telephone call.
Some returnees were confused about the day 11 testing requirement, not having heard about it when crossing the border, during the permit process, or getting COVID tested initially.
A DHHS spokesperson clarified advice for returned travellers from NSW on Monday.
