V/Line advises that the 7.51am Bendigo to Southern Cross service has been held up due to congestion between Kyneton and Sunbury.
It is not the only issue to affect trains on the Bendigo line on Tuesday morning, with the 9.14am Southern Cross to Bendigo service replaced by coaches because of a rail equipment fault.

From this Sunday, January 3 to Tuesday, January 5, evening train services will change as a result of maintenance.
On Sunday, coaches will replace trains from Southern Cross to Bendigo from 8pm, while Bendigo to Southern Cross services will run via coach from 8.30pm.
On Monday and Tuesday evenings, coaches will run instead of trains from Southern Cross to Bendigo, Epsom and Eaglehawk from 7.30pm, while services to Southern Cross will be replaced with coaches from 6.30pm onwards.
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys during these times.
