No new COVID-19 cases and no deaths were recorded in Victoria in the past 24 hours, though 10 people remain in quarantine or self-isolation.
The state has been without COVID-19 community transmission for 55 days.
Testing sites will remain open today. Authorities yesterday tested 19,229 people.
New South Wales reported nine new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, seven of which were linked to a cluster in the Northern Beaches.
The Avalon cluster has grown to 104 cases.
More than 60,000 people were tested in the previous 24-hours, which NSW Health deemed an "outstanding effort."
The state has added a host of locations around Sydney to its warning list including Bondi Icebergs Club, a gym, soccer club, a restaurant and a cafe.
In England, Australians are pleading with their government to provide repatriation flights after Singapore closed its borders to anyone from the United Kingdom.
Australia's government is supporting people based in the UK.
The Victorian government again advised the state's residents against travelling to Sydney.
"You might not be able to re-enter without undertaking hotel quaranine for 14 days," Chief Health Officer Professor Brett Sutton said.
