VICTORIANS have been urged to remain vigilant around potential COVID-19 symptoms, after neighbouring NSW recorded two mystery cases.
NSW's has reported three new COVID-19 cases to Thursday, two of which are connected to each other but unrelated to any known cases.
In contrast Victoria has continued 47 day run without new cases of community transmission, despite seven COVID-19 cases diagnosed in hotel quarantine.
Other news:
Premier Daniel Andrews said people had to assume the virus was out there bubbling in the community.
Mr Andrews urged the community to get tested with any potential symptoms, saying low levels of colds and flu in the community meant there was a good chance they were COVID-19 related.

VICTORIA has reported zero new COVID-19 cases, as neighbouring NSW battles a mystery outbreak.
Victorian health authorities have announced zero new virus cases either in hotel quarantine or the community to Thursday.
It comes after NSW recorded three new locally acquired cases, after a 12-day streak free from community transmission.
The cases include a Sydney airport driver, diagnosed on Wednesday, and a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s on the Northern Beaches.
The Northern Beaches cases are close contacts of each other, but authorities have been unable to find a connection between them and any other cases.
Alerts are out for nearby areas, after the two moved through the community while contagious.
The Victorian government received 9477 test results to Thursday.
Seven cases of the virus remain active in Victoria.
