A REAL little Aussie Trooper has been born in Bendigo.Ben Kenna and Adele Plane said they were proud to name their son Aussie Trooper.“It’s a good Australian name,” Mr Kenna said.Ms Plane said they were proud Australians: “We’ve had one kid for Ben, one for me and two for Australia.”They said it was just a coincidence their son’s Christian and middle names worked so well together.“That just happened. Ben has always wanted a boy named Aussie and we’re both proud Australians,” Ms Plane said.“I am Australian and my grandfathers went to war and fought for our country.”Aussie’s middle name, Trooper, comes from Mr Kenna’s love of the English heavy metal band Iron Maiden and its song The Trooper.“Trooper has two meanings really - for Ben it’s about Iron Maiden, but for me it’s about it being a harsh world and Aussie’s going to have to be a trooper,” Ms Plane said.Born last Wednesday, Aussie Trooper is a little brother for Lucy, 13, Travis, 11 and Ava, 3.
