It has been almost a week since the state last had an active case - Monday, November 23 was the last day a case was reported as active.
In the 24 hours to Sunday, more than 5900 test results were received, down from 9403 reported on Saturday.
In a couple of day, Victorians will be able to travel to more states.
On December 1, both South Australia and Queensland will drop the border and remove the need for Victorians to quarantine.
Local travel agents have welcomed the news, but expect it will be some time before business is back to normal.
The Northern Territory allowed regional Victorians in from early November, while the NSW border came down on November 23.
