Bundaberg had the cheapest average unleaded prices at $1.107.
Bendigo's diesel prices averaged $1.16 per litre, tied an equal 22 with Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Mackay and Ballarat.

Senior vehicle engineer Nicholas Platt said prices had stayed below 115 cents since September and early October.
"Bendigo prices generally follow the wholesale trend, which is reflected in the current price, which is at 112.3 cents per litre," he said.
Mr Plat said regional areas tended to follow wholesale price trends, though margins could vary depending on how small a place's population was.
Budget Direct's tally found that Melbourne had the highest average unleaded prices at $1.27 per litre.
Hobart had the highest average diesel prices at $1.35 per litre.
