THE medal-winning spree for Eaglehawk midfielder Shannon Milward rolled on last night’s best and fairest vote count.Having already won the Michelsen Medal as the league’s best, and a premiership medal, Milward added the George Ilsley Medal as Eaglehawk’s club champion to his 2008 collection.Just six days after the Two Blues celebrated back-to-back premiership wins, Milward was a runaway winner of the seniors club champion award.On the netball court, Amanda O’Neill was an emphatic winner of the A grade best and fairest.The brilliant goalshooter or goal attack finished 12 votes clear of joint runners-up, Lucy Spalding, Ebony Evans and Lauren Ryan.A highlight of the club’s season wind-up at the Eaglehawk Town Hall was the inaugural induction to the Hall of Fame-Living Legends.The first inductees - Jack Taylor, George Ilsley and Ray 'Bluey' Watts - have a combined tally of more than 160 years service to the Eaglehawk Football-Netball Club.The George Ennor Memorial Best Clubman award was presented to John and Maz Cross.Among the many off-field duties they do are run the canteen, organise the under-18s training team, take game day photos, and cook food for supporters at Thursday night’s training at Canterbury Park.Premiership-winning coach of the past two years, Derrick Filo presented the coaches award to young gun, Ben O’Sullivan.The Alan Findlay-coached reserves, and the Stuart Balnaves-coached under-18s were runners-up this year.Eaglehawk Football-Netball Club’s award winners for the 2008 season:Seniors, George Isley Medal: 128 Shannon Milward, 98 Kain Robins, 97 Damien Lock, 88 Tim Hill.Coaches award: Ben O’Sullivan.Reserves, Alan Williams Medal: 104 Glen Daly, 77 Dwayne Smith, 58 Henry Miller, 53 Matt Moresi.Coaches award: Paris Craig.Under-18, Darren Thompson Medal:91 Daniel Rees, 74 Daniel Reid, 68 Sam Irwin-Hill, 67 Ryan Wellington.Coaches award: Alex Demeo.A grade netball:27 Amanda O’Neill; 15 Lucy Spalding, Ebony Evans, Lauren Ryan.Coaches award: Jess Jackman.A reserve netball:21 Sarah Ketterer, 20 Karly Scanlan.Coaches award: Bianca Fauth.B grade netball:20 Lauri Wood, 18 Bree Franks.Coaches award: Clarissa Rentsch.17-and-under netball:18 Shelby Thatcher, 15 Ellena Findlay.Coaches award: Sam McDougall.
