Regional Victoria's 14-day rolling average of new cases a day sat at 0.2, while Melbourne was at 12.8 and the state as a whole, 13.2.
Central Victoria has been clear of known COVID-19 cases since September 29, when Macedon Ranges returned to zero cases.
Greater Bendigo's last known COVID-19 case was cleared on September 25.
