Department of Health and Human Services data released on Tuesday showed only one active coronavirus case listed in the Macedon Ranges, down from the two listed on Monday.
There were no active cases listed in the Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander, Loddon, Central Goldfields, Gannawarra, Campaspe, and Buloke shires.

The number of active cases with a Greater Bendigo address dropped to zero on Friday, but the hospital was still treating a person for COVID-19.
A DHHS spokesperson said the rolling 14-day case average for regional Victoria was 0.6.
The latest local government area case breakdown came after the state recorded 10 new cases and seven deaths on Tuesday.
Three of the 10 cases were linked to known outbreaks in aged care and health services in Melbourne. Seven cases were still under investigation.
Premier Daniel Andrews said the low case numbers showed the success of the restrictions.
"It is proof beyond question that the strategy is working and something that is the work of every Victorian following the rules and playing their part," he told reporters.
