But data from the Department of Health and Human Services released on Tuesday showed the number of active cases in Greater Bendigo had dropped from 47 on Monday to 44 on Tuesday.
That decrease could be because people have recovered from the virus or cases have been reclassified.
There have been a total of 90 coronavirus cases in Greater Bendigo since the pandemic began.
There are also 35 cases connected to Hazeldene's, an increase from 31 on Monday.
No other municipality in central Victoria recorded a new case overnight, although the Macedon Ranges Shire recorded a drop in the number of active cases.

There were 27 active cases in the Macedon Ranges on Tuesday, down two from Monday.
There are currently 75 active cases across the region.
It came as the state recorded 222 new COVID-19 cases and another 17 deaths on Tuesday.
It was the third consecutive day the state had seen case numbers under 300, with 282 cases recorded on Monday and 279 on Sunday.
Meanwhile, a man was fined for breaching COVID-19 restrictions after he was detected reversing on the Calder Freeway to avoid a checkpoint.
Police said the man stated he was going to a friend's farm to help with their new baby goats.
