July was one of the busiest months for online shopping in Victoria's history.
An Australia Post spokesperson said demand for online shopping growth had more than doubled since the same time last year.

They said ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic meant Australia Post was operating with extra safety measures, to protect staff and customers.
Challenges included fewer domestic and international flights, and unprecedented parcel volumes.
"We're doing everything we can to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic," the spokesperson said.
"Most of our Post Offices are still open, and our posties and delivery drivers are working hard to get parcels to customers as safely and quickly as possible.
"Though there may be some delays, our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances and we sincerely thank our customers for their patience at this time."
