Strathfieldsaye's Glenn Douglas led the charge with a winning double courtesy of You Ninety Two and Major Jodi in the opening two races on the program.
Douglas, a multiple premiership winner as the state's leading trainer, was joined on the winner's list by Kate Hargreaves and Graham McDermott, who struck success in races three and four with Lost Four Words and Heres To You Jimmy.
Two wins almost morphed into three for Douglas later in the program, with the highly-rated six-year-old Schouten Island only narrowly beaten by the Leon Conway-trained outsider Forever And A Day in the night's final event.
But a second-placing aboard Schouten Island could not prevent comeback reinsman Daryl Douglas from notching up a driving treble, with a pair of victories with his brother Glenn's horses complemented by another for Kialla trainer David Moran behind the ultra-impressive three-year-old filly Bring Back Leah.
The 47-year-old made a welcome return to race driving in late-July after a five-year absence and has quickly helped himself to four wins and a number of placings from just 17 drives.
Douglas, six-times Australia's leading driver, struck early when the much-improved You Ninety Two scored an impressive win in the opening race on the card.
It was back-to-back victories for the five-year-old Auckland Reactor gelding since his transfer from the Peter Salathiel stable, coming on top of his win at Bendigo's Lord's Raceway last week.
His previous win delivered Glen Douglas his 2000th victory as a trainer.
The stable continued its excellent run of form with another win with Major Jodi.
The three-year-old Art Major gelding, owned and some times trained by Heathcote District Football Netball League chairman Peter Cole, won for the fourth time in 13 career starts, outlasting Lets Make Tracks, which was chasing a second-straight win for his trainer, Axedale's Mick Carbone.

Wins continue to mount for the Shelbourne-based team of Kate Hargreaves and Alex Ashwood following the win of Lost Flour Words.
Having her first start for the stable, the former Danny Ferris-trained mare produced a blistering burst from the back of the field to overtake Myboymyboy and power to a 4.4m win.
It was the four-year-old's maiden win, coming at career start number 13, while for Hargreaves and Ashwood, it was their stable's 54th victory of the season.
As equally an impressive winner was the Graham McDermott-trained and driven trotter Heres To You Jimmy, who won convincingly on debut as a three-year-old at odds of $41.20.
