The BBA has cancelled the remainder of the season effective immediately in light of regional Victoria's return to stage three restrictions as of 11.59pm Wednesday night.
"With this in mind, the BBA advises there will be no domestic competition or training at the Bendigo Stadium until further notice," BBA said in a statement.
It has been a tough few weeks for BBA, in addition to several other junior sports competitions, which had only just got back up and running.
However, the BBA endeavours to keep all of its athletes engaged with a return to its online training sessions.
At this stage the sessions are scheduled to be held:
Tuesdays from August 11 to September 8: Under-10s and 12s (3:45pm to 4:30pm),Under-14s (4:30pm to 5:15pm)
Thursdays from August 6 to September 3: Under-16s and 18s (3:45pm to 4:30pm)
Bendigo Braves junior tryouts scheduled for August have also been postponed due to recent restrictions and further information on new dates will be announced in the coming months.
