Central Victoria has recorded one new case of coronavirus in today's data.
The new case is in Mount Alexander, taking the shire's tally to eight cases including two active cases.
Information from the Department of Health and Human Services doesn't indicate the new Mount Alexander case is linked to the Don KR cluster.
A total of 10 cases have already been linked to an outbreak in Don KR.
Macedon Ranges has 11 active COVID-19 cases, one less than yesterday.

Nine people have died since Tuesday.
It marks the first day with fewer than 300 new cases since July 20.

Premier Daniel Andrews also announced an expansion of army doorknocking for those who test positive. Everyone who tests positive will now be doorknocked.
Mr Andrews said 19 people who had tested positive were not at home when the Australian Defence Force and Department of Health and Human Services visited. He said this was out of about 500 doorknocks so far.
Mr Andrews told people they must avoid going to work if they are sick.
"If you are sick you must get tested, you must get tested quickly. You cannot go to work," he said.
"This is largely a second wave triggered by outbreaks in workplaces."

Forty-one Victorians are in intensive care being treated for COVID-19, among the 307 in hospital.
Victoria reported its highest daily COVID-19 spike Monday, with 532 new cases.
The state then recorded 384 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.
A cluster connected with Castlemaine's Don KR meat processing facility was at 10 cases on Tuesday.
