The months of planning will come to fruition this weekend when the BASL juniors hit the pitch for their first round on Saturday.
"In terms of the workload in recent months it's been significant for BASL and for all of the clubs," BASL president Aaron Shooter said.
"We've all had to deal with shifting timelines and information constantly changing, but now our focus is on getting ready for the juniors this weekend."
Starting on Saturday BASL under-12 through to under-16 boys and girls teams will start their season.

As expected there are lots of eager players ready to get onto the pitch for a match for the first time the year.
The road to the start of the 2020 season has been drastically different in comparison to previous years with extra levels of planning and guidelines that must be met to ensure health and safety.
"Teams have only been training for a few weeks and we needed to confirm team rosters in a significantly faster time frame than usual," Shooter said.
"In terms of what game day will be like, there will increased time in between matches, pitches will be needed to be cleared entirely before the next group can come on and there will be more cleaning in place that will be undertaken by administrators."
Mandatory social distancing and limits on numbers will also need to be adhered to.
Also on the horizon is the non-competitive BASL tournament for under-6 through to under-10s on July 11.
