The library, which was originally located on High Street, has been moved to the former senior citizens building. The site has received a $1.38 million redevelopment as part of the relocation.
Goldfields Library Corporation chief executive Mark Hands said the new library was about 50 per cent larger than the previous site.
"I really invite people to come along and have a look," Mr Hands said. "The transformation has been outstanding.
"I think people would be amazed at how lovely it looks inside. It's a fantastic space and a great investment for the community."

Mr Hands said there would be more dedicated work spaces and areas for children. There would also be a community kitchen available for residents to use.
City of Greater Bendigo health and wellbeing director Vicky Mason said the new location on Lockwood Road was also close to shops and public transport, as well as walking and cycling tracks.
The site also had plenty of parking spots, Ms Mason said.
The relocation was initially met with some opposition from the community but Ms Mason said she believed the new site would be well supported.
"We have tried to come out with the best solution for the community," she said. "We have tried to offer a better outcome than what they had before.
"I think people will be blown away with the new site."
Mr Hands said due to COVID-19 restrictions, there would not be a grand opening at the new library.
Instead, patron numbers would be limited at 20 people at a time with visits capped to 30 minutes.
"People have been really understanding and good about the restrictions," Mr Hands said.
"Generally, everyone has been really grateful to get back to the library, browse the collection, and just say hello."
