Road use queried
Between Heathcote and Bendigo we've seen one runner and two cycling parties (Saturday) on extremely narrow shoulders, on the open highway, when the O'Keefe trail is just metres away.

It's so dangerous and I don't understand why people aren't taking advantage of infrastructure which was built right there for them?
As a recreational runner and cyclist I use the trail and appreciate the safety it affords.

What's in a name?
There has been some discussions about the names of Cocoa Pops, Red Skins and Eskimo Pies products and the inappropriateness of them.
What about teddy bear biscuits?
I've always felt awful biting into a cute teddy bear biscuit! I never know whether to start with the head or the feet!
And what about chocolate frogs?
My best solution is to get it over in one bite!
When my daughter was young she would carry her chocolate Easter bunny around all Easter long cuddling it until it became a melted mess!
No way was she going to eat it!
Then there is Red Bull, Wild Turkey, and Scapegoat Apple Cider.
Why would I want to drink the poor old scapegoat?
My dear old late mother would keep snake lollies in a container named the Snake Pit.
Sadly her grand children would devour them every time they visited!
Animalism!

Border closure plea
Once governments loosen restrictions it becomes the old adage 'give an inch, take a mile'.
You don't want Melbournians coming to Bendigo and New South Welshman don't want Victorians coming to NSW.
Close the borders!
If our premier won't, your premier should.
Health first, economy second.
If everyone is sick or dead there won't be an economy.

Patient backs doctor
I've been a patient of Quality Cancer Clinic for many years.
I found the clinic to be professional and caring.
Wes Miles has always given me first class professional treatment.
I stand by him.
