The latest data from the Department of Health and Human Services, released on Wednesday, shows there is another case of the virus in Macedon Ranges Shire.
That brings the total number of cases recorded in the municipality to 10.
A new case was also discovered in Campaspe Shire earlier this week.
There are currently two active cases of coronavirus in the region, which has seen a total of 35 cases since the outbreak began.
