The figures come as Victoria exceeded its aim to test 100,000 people within two weeks.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews announced on Thursday the state had tested 106,000 people since Monday April 27.
The blitz aimed to gain more information about coronavirus in the community.
Bendigo Health confirmed it had tested 1849 tests for COVID-19 between Monday April 27 and the evening of Wednesday May 6.
A dedicated respiratory clinic and general practitioners have also offered COVID-19 tests during the blitz.
Mr Andrews said Victoria had experience 1454 confirmed cases, with 105 still active.
This represented an increase of 14 from Wednesday.
But Mr Andrews is yet to confirm any easing of restrictions, despite the federal government flagging an announcement on Friday.
He thanked Victorians for staying at home, and getting tested.
"The last thing we want to do is ease off any of those restrictions without a sense of confidence that we are truly on top of this," Mr Andrews said.
"Important work is rarely easy, and it is really important that we stay the course on this, and do what is safe."
Mr Andrews said he would update Victorians on the rules that would apply for May on Monday.
