These are the questions most of us want answered, but the bigger question is still, is it safe to ease restrictions, and to bring back classroom teaching?
Until that question can be unequivocally answered in the affirmative, then safety first is the only option. Always.
Teachers want the best possible outcomes for their students and while there would be few parents who after several weeks of overseeing stay-at-home lessons would not agree that face to face learning has the edge, the health and safety of students and their teachers is not negotiable.

There's no doubt our nation has done an outstanding job thus far in negotiating the tricky uncharted waters of the coronavirus pandemic; now is not the time to risk any or all of that with rash or forced decisions.
Yesterday's announcement by the Prime Minister gives hope we will learn a lot more about how our nation will claw its way back from the coronavirus within the next week.
We must not do anything to risk getting side-tracked.
Next week's announcement will be a just reward to Australians for accepting the recent upheavals, and our first glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel.
The relaxation of restrictions is difficult enough to plan for, but the bigger challenge is how we support one another on the way back.
We know more stimulus will be needed. It needs to be swift, precise and it must deliver meaningful benefit.
Clarity is a priceless commodity at the best of times, but in times like these, it's absolutely priceless.
