Coronavirus cases in Greater Bendigo and its surrounds have remained steady in recent days.
There are nine cases in Greater Bendigo, six in Mount Alexander and five in Macedon Ranges Shire's.
1241 people in Victoria have coronavirus, an increase of 13 from yesterday's figures.
926 people who had coronavirus are now reported to have recovered.
43 people are currently in hospital, including 13 people in intensive care.
A man in his 80s became the state's 13th fatality after dying in hospital yesterday.
There are 229 cases of coronavirus in regional Victoria.
Chief health officer Brett Sutton said that Victorians must continue to be vigilant in practicing physical distancing and staying at home for all but essential outings.
"The rules are clear and they don't change over Easter," Mr Sutton said.
"This is tough for families, but no Easter holiday is worth a life."
Fines of up to $1652 for individuals can be issued by police if Victorians are found to be not at home and breaking the state's stay at home orders.
There are only four reasons to leave home, according to the state government, and they are for food and supplies, medical care and care giving, exercise and work or education.
