The first is a multi tenant investment at 107-109 Mitchell Street and 138-140 Mollison Street.
There are five separate tenancies available on this site.
Tenants at the site include Luke Goggin Real Estate and the offices of Member for Bendigo East Jacinta Allan.
The second is a property currently leased by Tradelink at 13-19 St Andrews Avenue.
With a land area of more than 2000 square metres and about 40 metres of frontage, the space has redevelopment potential.
Council's director of corporate performance Andrew Cooney last week said the Tradelink site, which is at the rear of council's decommissioned Lyttleton Terrace offices and proposed GovHub, is not a site council is looking to buy.
"It provides another great development site in the centre of Bendigo," Mr Cooney said.
