The number of coronavirus cases in Greater Bendigo remains at 10.
51 new coronavirus cases have been recorded statewide, taking the Victorian tally to 968 cases.
Four people have already died in the state, while 32 people are currently in hospital, including six patients in intensive care.
Premier Daniel Andrews this morning announced a $1.3 billion health system boost to establish an additional 4000 intensive care unit beds in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Currently, Victoria's public and private health services have 450 fully equipped and staffed ICU beds.
"We are preparing for the worst, but if Victorians stay at home and protect the health system, we won't need all of this extra capacity and we'll save lives," Mr Andrews said.
There are 39 confirmed coronavirus cases in Victoria that may have been acquired through community transmission, with more than 47,000 tests conducted.
183 of Victoria's 968 coronavirus cases are from residents living in regional Victoria.
Mount Alexander Shire has recorded six cases and the Macedon Ranges Shire has recorded five coronavirus cases.
Mr Andrews also said additional personal protective equipment would be purchased as part of the newly announced funding.
"To be ready for the pandemic peak, we are ordering $1.2 billion worth of equipment and consumables we need," Mr Andrews said.
"The order will also see additional personal protective equipment purchased, including 551 million gloves, 100 million masks and 14.5 million gowns.
The state government also made an in principle agreement on Tuesday with the state's major private hospital operators so they can continue to care for Victorians during the coronavirus pandemic.
