A 21-year-old man died after he fell from a ladder while installing solar panels at a residential property in Kennington on November 30, 2018.
WorkSafe has charged Solar 2.0 Pty Ltd with two breaches of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, for allegedly failing to maintain a working environment that was safe and without risks to health.
