Siblings Laura and Paul Tangey, along with their mother Liz Tangey, have spent the past two weeks in quarantine at Howard Springs, near Darwin.
The family was first quarantined on February 4 when their cruise ship docked at Yokohama in Japan.
Australian Medical Assistance teams and officials helped transfer them from Japan to Darwin on February 19.
Laura and Paul have previously told the Bendigo Advertiser that they were treated very well on the cruise ship and in Howard Springs.

"It's an unfortunate circumstance but we have nothing but praise for the Diamond Princess staff and what they're doing," Laura said.
"We have more food than we can handle and they are trying to keep us amused with games and little shows."
All three family members have been regularly tested to ensure they don't have coronavirus.
"Of the three of us, no one has shown any symptoms," Paul said previously. "We were among first tests at (cruise ship's) hospital and Japanese Ministry of Health staff came around to test us (again) with a swab in the mouth."
In Howard Springs, the family has remained in good health and is enjoying the extra freedom that comes with being off the cruise ship.
"We can't thank the army enough (for all their help)," Laura said last week. "We can walk around all we want, we just have to wear a mask."
During the ordeal, the family has kept a positive attitude and are not deterred from future cruises.
"We are definitely still going on cruise ships," Laura said. "We did have fun. It was at the end of holiday and these occurrences are something you can't predict."
