The club was able to secure multiple aggregate victories in additions to victories in other key events.
Bendigo East's Hunter Boswell was the overall 13/under male winner, while Bendigo Hawk's Marley Addlem was the 13/under female winner.
In the 14/over male category Gisborne Thunder's Tyler Theodore was the overall winner while Echuca's Lara Judd was the 14/over female winner.
BESC's Veda Haines won the Corel Evely Memorial 400m while other club members won the Betty Pysing Memorial Mixed 4x100m relay.
Echuca took out the Marg Lang award for the most improved club, and Gisborne's Theodore won the Wally Stables 400m.
BESC members had the most event records, and secured the Alan Monahan and Tom Henderson Shields in addition to the Frank Burgess Trophy for the most combined points.
The championships included swimming clubs from across Victoria's District 15.
