Hosted by the Rifle Brigade Hotel on View Street, the showcase will be across two stages in the Rifle car park and its balcony that overlooks Bendigo's arts precinct.
All of the artists are donating their time and talents, in addition to the Bendigo Blues and Roots festival's volunteer committee and crew.
The event hopes to kick start fundraising for the 2020 Bendigo Blues and Roots festival, to be held from November 5 to 8.
Tickets for the Sunday, 1 March showcase are available at the door for $20.
Under 18's can gain entry for $5.
The live music will start at 11.30am and continue until 9pm.

WAR CONFLICTS RECOUNTED
Changed Forever: Legacies of Conflict is a touring exhibition from the Shrine of Remembrance, now on show at the Bendigo Soldiers Memorial Institute museum.
The exhibition comprises individual accounts of conflict, dislocation and resettlement.
It features a collection of oral histories with Australian Defence Force veterans of recent conflicts and peacekeeping efforts and migrants who have come to Australia to escape conflict.
This exhibition will be on show until Sunday, March 22 at 37-39 Pall Mall, Bendigo and is open daily from 10am until 4pm.
