The former South Australian reinsman capped a busy Thursday by notching winners at both Charlton (day) and Ballarat (night).
It was the first time Brewin had achieved the feat of wins at two venues on the same day.
The 19-year-old brought up the first leg of his double aboard the John Morris-trained Piaratesof Zanzibar at Charlton.
A unique double was sealed with a victory for Mount Gambier trainer Barry Finnis on Power Supply at Ballarat.
It completed a solid day's work in the sulky for Brewin, who also racked up a pair of seconds.
"I wouldn't have driven at two different venues too often, let alone a double. It was a good day all round," he said.
The talented reinsman had driven Power Supply only once before, back when the now four-year-old made his debut as a two-year-old at Globe Derby.
"I've actually got a pretty good record with Barry's horses - I reckon I've driven about four of them who have won their bonus," Brewin said.
"I'm building up a pretty handy record on their horses.
"The knock was he's a bit one-paced and doesn't have a lot of speed, but he found a fair bit of speed on Thursday. He went super."
Brewin was equally pleased to get a win for Barham trainer John Morris on Piratesof Zanzibar, a horse he had driven on four previous occasions for a trio of thirds.
"He's one of those horses who has all the ability in the world but can be a bit of a non-trier," he said.
"He went that well (on Thursday) and in good time, but he could come out next week and get all the favours and run last and you'll be left scratching your head thinking what's happened.
"When he can turn it on, he can turn it on and he showed that."
His unique double gave Brewin his sixth winner for the month, putting him equal with Alex Ashwood as the region's leading driver during January.
Both reinsmen will be in action today at Mildura, with Brewin nominating the Scott Rains/Heathcote-trained Mizzz Adele as the best of his three drives for the night in the last race at 11,12pm.
Ashwood will have six drives, with standout chances including Headline Act and Dynamite Dozer, for his training partner Kate Hargreaves.
Bendigo region driver win tallies for January: Alex Ashwood (6); Jayden Brewin (6); Shannon O'Sullivan (4); Ellen Tormey (4); Tayla French (2); Haydon Gray (2); Neil McCallum (2); Maddie Ray (2); Nigel Milne (1); Stuart Rothacker (1); Peter Sanderson (1).
