Cobaw's service involved a health and wellbeing assessment and referral to existing services.
Haven will provide an emergency relief service based in Cobaw's office at 47 High Street, Kyneton, one day a week to pick up the shortfall.
Haven; Home, Safe acting chief executive officer Trudy Ray said the service will be in place by February.
"Haven is also providing a service over the phone to any client who presents to the Cobaw offices, and there is a direct line to Haven," Ms Ray said.
Organisations that have been funded to deliver emergency relief include Salvation Army and Catholic Care, although it is not known how much these organisations will funnel into the Macedon Ranges.
The direct line for emergency relief is 5444 9099.
