The 24-year-old guard from Western Australia previously spent three years playing college basketball at the University of Hope International in the United States.
Cummings, who is development player with the Wildcats in the NBL, has put together some solid numbers in the State Basketball League in Western Australia and in 2019 spent time with the Southern Huskies in the New Zealand Basketball League.
Cummings is the second new signing for the Braves as they try to go one step better in the 2020 NBL1 competition.
Meanwhile, former Bendigo Braves junior Matthew Dellavedova had three points, one rebound, two assists and one steal for the Cleveland Cavaliers in their 117-97 loss to the Toronto Raptors in the NBA on Wednesday (AEDT).
